Hello Again!

After receiving calls from my personal blog update alarmist (thanks Maile =)), I am trying to get on the ball with this. Seriously, I am very grateful for such wonderful friends. I didn't realize people were interested in my life and it feels good to know that people actually read my craziness! Furthermore, I really love to read about my friend's lives as well. We are so lucky that we have this technology so we can keep up with each other despite the time differences and distances and time schedule clashes. I wonder what the impact is on our relationships of today versus the relationships before...are we closer to our friends now that we can keep current? Even though we aren't actually talking, it is still another form of communication. So, friendships stay intact longer. My goal is to shorten my blogs and write more frequently (Carrie is my model for this, so thanks to both sisters!)

Hmm....just to catch up from last time...

• I went on another crazy co-workers outing. It was a fundraiser for Pohai's (girl with lei) halau, Keolalaulani Hālau 'Olapa Ō Laka.

• Jerm has been working on his business and has 2 patients lined up already. He'll begin marketing tomorrow and will be at a conference in Vegas next week to visit 'the Schmidt'. But he still makes time to surf with Keoni (in picture) and friends.
