
I am still on a no sugar diet. I think what the doctor means is that I can eat regularly, but I have to avoid sugar as much as possible. So, limit fruits, no soda, desserts with sugar, snacks with sugar, candies, etc. Just about all of my staples. I didn't realize how much sugar I actually consume. I guess it's a good thing. My co-worker equated it to heroin. She said that people get addicted to heroin because it is refined to it's purest form and so is the sugar that we eat, so I am in essence an addict!
